Training seminar on the topic «Replenishment of the archive, accounting and ensuring the safety of archival documents»

On September 11-12, 2025, the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a training seminar on the topic: «Replenishment of the archive, accounting and ensuring the safety of archival documents».

The seminar was attended by the head of the Department of the committee of Archives, documentation and book Affairs S. Taschanova «Іmprovement of regulatory legal acts in the field of archival affairs», director of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan S. Nurlanova «formation of documents-a guarantee of a high – quality composition of the National Archive Fund», head of the Department of formation of the National Archive fund of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan M. Nurtazina “development of the nomenclature of the organization», highly qualified specialist-archivist of the Department of formation of the National Archive fund of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Irgasheva, S. Sapasheva shared her experience on the topic: «formation, registration of documents in structural divisions, operational storage and transfer to the departmental archive», head of the Department of accounting for documents of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Shagieva «state accounting of documents of the National Archive Fund», chief keeper of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan M. Shaulenova «the order of acceptance (submission) of documents for state storage», head of the archive warehouse of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Ungurbaev”practical lesson on carrying out a set of works that ensure the storage of documents».

At the end of the seminar, the participants were awarded certificates.
