On December 21, 2021, the Professional Development Center for state and departmental archive employees was opened at the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Courses are conducted in accordance with an approved schedule.
Since its inception, more than 450 archive employees have successfully upgraded their qualifications.

To reinforce the material covered during the lectures, practical business games are organized, and educational videos focusing on the core areas of archival science are shown.

The participants highly praise the quality of the courses, noting that they have acquired valuable new professional knowledge in archival affairs and documentation management.
Upon completion of the course, participants are awarded certificates. A unique feature of this certificate is that it is officially issued jointly by the authorized body in the field of archival affairs and documentation and the National Archive.
