Seminar «Organization of storage, replenishment, accounting and use of scientific and technical documentation in the organization»

On October 9-10, 2025, the Center for advanced training of state and departmental archival workers of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the basis of the Central State Archive of scientific and technical documentation in Almaty, held a training seminar «Organization of storage, replenishment, accounting and use of scientific and technical documentation in the organization».

The seminar was attended by archivist specialists of State Archives and organizations of West Kazakhstan region, Turkestan region, Zhambyl region, Almaty.

Head of the Department of the Center for advanced training of state and departmental archival workers of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan Khairullina Gaukhar Alimovna and highly qualified specialist — archivist of the Department of formation of the National Archive fund Irgasheva Nursulu Saidullovna took part. Specialists on the topic «formation, execution of documents in structural divisions operational storage and transfer to the departmental archive», central state archive of scientific and technical documentation: «improvement of regulatory legal acts», «expert commission of the organization, composition, procedure for formation, main functions and formation of cases in departmental archives: from nomenclature of cases to archival inventory», «research documentation: preparation and transfer of documents to the State Archive». She gave a lecture on the topic «issues of ensuring the safety of documents of state and departmental archives» and shared his experience.
