Training seminar on the topic «Provision of public services» issuance of archival certificates, copies of archival documents or archival extracts»

On October 16-17, 2025, the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted a training seminar on the topic «Provision of public services» issuance of archival certificates, copies of archival documents or archival extracts».

Employees of the archives of Astana, Akmola, Abai, Aktobe, Atyrau, Karaganda, Kostanay, Turkestan, East Kazakhstan and Mangystau regions, as well as qualified specialists attended the seminar from the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the opening of the seminar, Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlanova S. E. warmly thanked those present and noted the importance of the seminar. S. N. Tashchanova, Head of the Department of the Committee on Archives, Documentation and Book Business, shared her experience on the topics of regulatory legal acts in the field of archival affairs, the regulatory framework in the provision of public services, the application of the rules of the LPC RK, archival certificates, the issuance of copies of archival documents or archival extracts, etc.

During the seminar, the participants had the opportunity to discuss the problems they face in the provision of public services and share their experiences.

At the end of the seminar, all participants were awarded certificates.
