Department of Legal, Human Resources and Public Procurement of the
National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The Department of Legal, Personnel Work is a structural subdivision of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In its activities, the department is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the National Archival Fund and Archives”, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Public Procurement”, the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orders and instructions of the Director.
The main tasks of the department are: legal regulation of issues related to the competence of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan, coordination of the work of structural units, participation in the legal examination of regulatory legal acts developed by the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan, personnel and documentation support, organization of reception of citizens, organization of work to improve the skills of employees, registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence, monitoring the execution of documents, control over employees’ compliance with work regulations and internal regulations.
