TRAINING SEMINAR ON ARCHIVAL WORK FOR REPRESENTATIVES OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN
On September 22, 2025, the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted a training seminar for deputy heads of departments of the central office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and territorial police departments on the topic “reception and security of documents”.
During the seminar, Director of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan S. Nurlanova «Document formation is the key to the quality of the National Archival Fund», Head of the Department for the Protection of State Secrets of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sh. Zhanatayeva «Peculiarities of working with official documents», Chief curator of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan M. Shaulenova «Reception and preservation of documents» Head of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Ungurbaev shared his experience on the topic «Practical training in carrying out a complex of works that ensure the storage of documents».
During the seminar, the participants got acquainted with the work of the archive, the process of digitizing archival documents, and a documentary exhibition.
At the end of the seminar, the participants thanked the staff of the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the informative and useful information, noting that such seminars are a great opportunity for professional development.
