TRAINING SEMINAR ON «ORGANIZATION OF THE USE OF DOCUMENTS OF THE NATIONAL ARCHIVAL FUND OF the Republic of Kazakhstan»

On September 25-26, 2025, the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted a training seminar on «Organization of the use of documents of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

The seminar was attended by employees of the State Archives of Atyrau region, Makhambet, Kyzylkoginsky district branches, qualified specialists of the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the seminar, Director of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan S. Nurlanova held a seminar «Document formation is the key to the quality of the National Archival Fund», Deputy Director of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan S. Mushkenova «Methods of preparation, design and presentation of photographic exhibitions and thematic expositions», Chief curator of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan M. Shaulenova «Procedure for receiving (depositing) documents for state storage», head of the Publishing Department L. Zholdasova «Archive in the field of publication and publishing work», highly qualified specialist archivist of the Department of formation of the National Archival Fund of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Irgasheva, S. Sapasheva “Formation of documents at structural divisions, registration, operational storage and transfer to the departmental archive”, head of the archive of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Ungurbaev «Practical lesson on carrying out a complex of works ensuring the storage of documents», highly qualified archaeographer Zh. Niyazbekova «Provision of public services in the archival field, reporting», highly qualified archivist M.Myrzakasymova, A. Sanguozhina provision of public services «Issuance of archival certificates, copies of archival documents or archival extracts» in the IP «E-archive», «e-statement», High-level specialist-archeographer A. Aitenova shared her experience on the topic «How researchers use documents in the reading room».

At the end of the seminar, all participants were awarded certificates.
