Department of Document Usage Organization (DDUO)
The Department of Document Usage (DDU) is a structural subdivision of the Republican State Institution "National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan and performs the following functions:
1. Provision of State Services:

Inquiry regarding length of service (employment history)

Inquiry regarding wages/salary

Inquiry regarding awards/commendations

Inquiry (other)

2. Thematic Inquiries
Requests for the provision of state services by the archive are processed free of charge within the timeframes established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The standard processing time for the provision of a state service is 11 working days from the date of application registration. The execution period may be extended up to 25 days, with mandatory written notification to the applicant within 3 (three) days.
The results of the state service are issued via:

The postal address specified in the application or by e-mail.

The department of the institution.
