«Ведомстволық архивтерде құжаттарды ретке келтіру, сақтау, пайдалану және оларды Қазақстан Республикасының Ұлттық архивіне тапсыру мәселелері» семинары өтті

On May 26, 2021, the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a seminar on the Zoom platform, which was named as “Issues of ordering, storage, use of documents in departmental archives and their transfer to the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

The seminar was attended by the heads of the departments of documentary support organizations that are sources of acquisition of the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the employees responsible for office work and archivists.

The event was moderated by the Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sagila Nurlanova, who noted that the purpose of the seminar is to increase the level of professional knowledge and skills of employees of the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the requirements of legislation in the field of archiving, improving the quality of work, storing , registration and use of documents, provision of delivery for state storage to the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She also emphasized the need to attach importance to the quality of documents submitted to the expert review commission of the National Archives, to improve knowledge by specialists, and to study the current legislation in the field of archiving.

The seminar participants made presentations on issues of the industry related to the topic as: requirements for acts on the allocation to destruction of documents that are not subject to storage; documenting and document management in departmental archives; recommendations for drawing up a nomenclature of cases; the procedure for the examination of the value of documents and the registration of its results, issues of accounting for documents at the stage of temporary departmental storage, funding and ensuring the safety and delivery of documents for state storage. An exchange of views took place on the branch issues of interest to archivists.
