The staff of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan improved their public speaking skills

On October 9, 2025, employees of the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan participated in a civil servants professional development seminar on «Public speaking» at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and successfully completed the program in the amount of 8 academic hours.

The seminar is a case lab (interactive discussion, brainstorming), a speech factory (teaching writing, correct speech and their structure), a voice school (breathing exercises, speech and charisma), covering fearless stage directions. Along with the theoretical basics, practical exercises were conducted. They also discussed simple ways to help overcome the fear of public speaking.

The speaker of the seminar is Kulaman Bibigul Bukimbaevna, media manager, Executive Director of the Club of Editors-in-Chief, mentor of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This seminar was an important step towards developing confident and expressive public speaking skills among the staff of the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
