Opening of the personal fund «Eren enbegi ushin» in the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the statesman, documentarian Mirbolat Khabiuly Zhakupov

On April 17, the opening ceremony of the personal fund «Eren enbegi ushin» in the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the statesman, documentarian Mirbolat Khabiuly Zhakupov was held.
The event was attended by Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yeraly Lukpanuly, deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Baktykozha Salakhadinuly and Abzal Temirgaliuly, well-known state and public figures, and members of the family of Mirbolat Khabiuly.

Mirbolat Khabiuly is a person who made significant changes in the field of document circulation and office work in our country and directly contributed to the development of this field. The author of the modern office work dictionary, as well as hundreds of articles and books published in newspapers and magazines.
He is the holder of the orders of «Kurmet», «Parasat», «Dostyk» and «Eren enbegi ushin» and many other jubilee medals. Today, Mirbolat Khabiuly is the Chairman of the Sectoral Trade Union of State, Banking Institutions and Public Service Employees.
About 50 documents from the personal archive of Mirbolat Khabiuly Zhakupov were presented at the event, revealing secrets from his life. More specifically, the letter of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev to the UN Secretary-General Javier Perez de Cuellar on the admission of Kazakhstan to the UN, the letter to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev on the development of a new Kazakh alphabet in Latin script, the letter to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Massimov on declassified funds in the archives of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the latest draft of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orders on appointments to various civil services, and documents related to the Scientific Council of the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan were presented.
