The National Archives held a section dedicated to archival work as part of the Culture and Innovation Forum

The Republican Forum “Culture and Innovation”, held in Astana on the occasion of the Day of Culture and Arts Workers, concluded its work today.
Representatives of cultural organizations from all regions of the country, international experts, members of the business community, specialists from the creative industry and technology companies participated in the three-day large-scale event.
A special section dedicated to the archival industry was held at the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan as part of the forum. During the meeting, the issues of digitization of archival work, preservation of cultural heritage, the importance of audiovisual documents and the value of data in the era of artificial intelligence were discussed. During the meeting, the participants exchanged views and shared experiences on modern technologies in the archival field, digital solutions and new initiatives aimed at developing the industry.
As part of the general forum, a number of sections, panel sessions and master classes were held for libraries, archives, museum work, cultural and leisure, theater and concert organizations. Participants gained experience in developing cultural projects, developing storytelling, public speaking and organizing large-scale cultural events.
On the last day of the forum, teams presented their projects to experts, and the best initiatives were identified for implementation in the regions.
